Uh...yeah...reason numero uno for not
being able to atttend the indeed lavish club beer garden soiree--I
live across the shark infested waters of the great atlantic--california
to be exact. Oh stop crying already! When I get to London next
summer I will indeed attend but for now you lot will have to make
do without me. Well, unless you want to pool around for funds
to fly me in, I will not stop you. I will show no resistance!
But the chances of that event ever happening are slim, so I say
go on, buck up and get pissed in my honour! Loads of love,

Im sorry I cant attend the first birthday
party as I live in Cornwall, and for the first time ever I will
have to work on Sunday its unavoidable, but seeing as I work in
a record shop I could wear a Club Beer T-shirt that you might
like to send me, and we can have a mini Cornish celebration for
your 1st birthday.

I will not be able to attend the
birthday party thing on sunday as it is on
a sunday, which you have already mentioned and i will therefore
obviously be nursing a dreadful hangover from the night before,which
is a saturday. Because of this it is unlikely that i would be
able to drag myself down to Brixton for love nor money-or german
drinking songs. Im sure all at club beer understands, deepest

I can't come because my boozehound
social club brothers and i feel it would best suit our country
if we stayed put and spread the drunken word of club-beer around
our neck of the woods, namely, columbus, ohio. I do feel bad,
it really won't be a party without some drunk yanks running around
going on about how they've never made it with exotic english girls.
You will all be in our thoughts.

You said anyone who won't be attending the Club Beer Garden thingy
to email excuses thisaway, my excuse is thus: Having spent so
much (well ALL of it actually) of my meagre income on BEEEEEERRR
I now have nothing left to get all the way to Brixton. The only
circumstance under which I will attend is if I end up so intoxicated
that I unconsciously stagger all the way there.
